This place is nice and clean. Good customer service. But, when you advertise and pictured something it needs to be honored. It said rooms are equipped with kitchenettes. Yea. A small refrigerator, and microwave. That's all. Also that it had gas grill. So we left Victoria because Harricane
The rooms were impeccably clean the staff was sort of okay but other than that all the amenities were excellent
We stayed 3 nights. From beginning to end we were treated kindly. The room was nice and very comfortable. Breakfast was great. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Harvey. We packed alot of food to grill but come to find out it is not a gas grill but a regular grill. And only one grill. Do you know how many people are here? Plus we went it HEB to get charcoal and lighter fluid and probably will not get to grill and all the food we be ruined. Your probably thinking, there's places to eat. But we can't afford that. We barely can afford the rooms and had to evacuate and hopefully our homes will be still standing. That's all I have to say.
Asked for room a few hours early, they were nice enough to let us in early but it was dirty, and breakfast had stale muffins and expired yogurts. I wouldn't say it was a pleasant experience.
Room was smaller, but very clean. Very nice receptionist and the breakfast was awesome. Good coffee too! Very inviting! !!
