Great stay. Bed was nice and pillows are better than the ones at the double tree!
Left the hotel at 7:30 and the continental breakfast was all gone. The staff did not refill, there was only muffins and orange juice. The room was comfortable and quiet.
Solid hotel. very nice and clean room. nothing was wrong. the gym is mostly the typical cardio room but it did have a cable machine with a pullup bar
Manager put me on hold for 15 min on the phone then just hung up on me. When I called back I was told he just "Went home for the day". Requested rooms next to each other and was assured they were, then come to find they're down the hall from each other so moving stuff from the parents room to kids room was difficult and we constantly had to make noise by making the trip up and down the hall all day. Pool was really dirty. Breakfast was cold except for the waffles. Was promised a discount before arriving, but lady at the counter just smiled and said "we don't do discounts" at check out. Wish I had picked another hotel.
Nice looking hotel and pretty clean. Parking lot is a bit on the small side but the staff can be accommodating if you have a larger than normal vehicle. We stayed the day after Hurricane Harvey passed through and the front desk was very knowledgeable about roads closed as well as any info about nearby areas under curfew or areas to avoid.
