I have stayed at this location since January of 2016. All of the staff, front desk, and including housekeeping and maintenance, are excellent professionals that tend to every need. The rooms are clean and the breakfasts are hot and fresh. I would highly recommend this establishment, either for business trips, or personal vacations.
The staff, asides from one very obtuse woman, is very pleasant. Pablo was exceptional and made my check in extremely simple. The manager is very good as well and does his best to make your stay as nice as possible.
I went in to ask about rooms and rates for my family that plans on coming down from out of town. All the staff that helped me were so kind and attentive! The rates are also great!!
Love this place! The workers are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and very clean. I will be staying here from now on when I come to Pleasanton for work.
Personally, I think this may be the best place to stay in Pleasonton. That being said, this property is rapidly declining in quality. I stayed here the first week it opened and it was beautiful, a pristine place to stay in Pleasonton. I have come back a year or two later to find a gracious amount of mildew in the shower, sticky floors, pillows that smell like they have been slept upon, sticky desks, prominent children's fingerprints on the mirrors, and odd smells everywhere you turn. You know that odd odor you smell when you check into something like a 50 dollar per night Red Roof Inn? That's what these rooms are starting to mimic. I really wish they would charge more so they could invest more money into maintaining the building.
I'm a frequent customer of Marriott properties. This is like the other's, it is clean, modern, and I wouldn't hesitate staying here. BUT, the reason I gave it a low rating is their response the elevator malfunctioning. They say no one is coming to repair it due to the weather. I know if the right people made the right calls, it could be put back in service. There's people on the second floor that are wheelchair bound.
