Norma was the nurse who drew my blood today an she was wonderful!!! I've had so many bad draws an on my last one the nurse was straight out of school so she didn't have a lot of practice an blew my vein. This time I barely felt it Norma was very nice an kept me distracted the whole 30 seconds. If you go here for blood draws definitely ask for Norma!

Ms. Gloria is a one woman army she does everything and is very nice. And wait for it... she drew blood in the first try
