I retired as Chief of Police in Pleasanton in 2012. I then went to work in the oilfield as a Safety Officer. During our Safety Meetings, I was not able to hear what was being said. In early 2013, I went to NewSound Hearing Aid Center and they determined that I did in fact need hearing aids. They were very professional during the testing period.

Clinician Garrett Hedley is always very professional and ready to help at a moments notice. I can go by anytime even if I don' have an appointment and they will take care of my needs. Patient Coordinator, Lisa Harris, is very friendly and helps me with any problems that I may have, even if the clinician is not there or if he is with a patient. She is very knowledgeable of the workings of my hearing aids. When I do have an appointment, Lisa calls me at least a day ahead of time to remind me of my appointment. Garrett and Lisa get an A+ from me and I will recommend NewSound to anyone who asks me about my hearing aids.
Both Lisa and DeAnn are extremely thorough and professional at what they do as well as being truly friendly with my wife and I whenever we visit. It is always a pleasure to go in for my scheduled appointments. Keep up the good work.
