My family and I have been seen by Dr. Planchet for many years and although the office is a little out of the way--the service and staff make it worth the drive.

The Dr and male office receptionist were very rude. The 2 lady receptionist however were very nice! The male told me my vision insurance was just "a discount program" and after calling work about it, i was told it's not, they just don't accept my plan. Dr was not welcoming at all, and blew off everything I said with my son. Then left for lunch before evening signing the prescription for glasses. Would not recommend!
