anything you buy at this store i. plesanton, tx is a scam, same phone any other cricket store you pay way less this store forces you to buy case and screen protector and insurance on phones then charges you to bundle. It is,a fing joke. DO NOT SHOP HERE
Went inside with my wife and kids. My wife has an IPhone but service on her sim drive is with cricket and she wanted to change her phone but since she had an iPhone they said we would have to go to Wal-Mart up the street to have to buy another iPhone for her to change a phone out...HER SERVICE IS WITH YALL... Stupid and I think the ladies that work there were rude and inconsiderate, but it's ok the Cricket in Poteet gave excellent customer service even though it was a little Cricket shop...
I would give them zero stars if possible. The customer service there is terrible and they force you to buy the bundle package. You can't just buy the phone and the service. I don't like what they have for choices of cases. I do not believe that they are worth $50. I ordered a phone and and my own case. I went in and they told me that I had to buy theirs. Well you lost another customer. I am now going to the location in Poteet. Thanks for nothing.
The girls in there were nice. But the manager wasn't trying to help out on a situation that one of her workers did. I had proof of everything of the mistake the worker did., and she still didn't budget She made a comment "its just $10"....well if its just "$10" then you should waive or pay it your self! Because this is your employess fault! This store in particular, has made a lot of $ off me, do they see that no! So will take my business to another store! Since poteet is just next door, I'll start going there.
The price is great. But the sales Representative could have been better. The welcome suck. How they sale a for needs a lot of work. So price and phone service is what sold the phone not the representative
