Addition from a later date: after testing both mowers, and evaluating the bill on both, I am so relieved to have found a small engine repair shop that I have faith in. Good repairs, good costs, good turn over time, and really, Really nice people. Had them doing research into a new part, and can stick by my initial assertion of wonderful customer service.
Just dropped my 2 push mowers off today, so this review is only about my initial impression of customer service. It was great! Both Albert, and the younger fella that helped me, were incredibly nice. I had my 2 yr old son with me, so without even asking if I needed the help, he sent his guys out to get my mowers and bring them in. They also went back out and closed the ramp on my trailer for me. A chivalrous group of gents to be sure. He also said, he expects a quick return of my mowers. Again, I haven't yet had the chance to evaluate pricing, or the quality of the repairs, but customer service so far, is top notch!
I have had all our repairs done here and was told to upgrade rather than repair our equipment. It just wasn't worth working on again. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about products that we have issues with. They do get busy come Spring so get your gear in quick for repairs!

Stayed open late when I really needed it. More than once. Great place and great people.
