Horrible customer service. Sold me a lemon ps3 system without testing it. Returned it to try and get a refund and got told they'd accept it as a trade and said I would have to pay them for them to take it in. Cashier sarcastically asked if I wanted it on a gift card or to look around for a game for a system I no longer own. I'm done being ripped off by game stop they refused to replace the faulty power cable and tried to charge me to have one sent to the store
Awesome place. The CSM helped us save 70%. We were able to buy 2 pre-owned games and get one free. Plus we had enough left over to purchase a new game.
