Being from Vidor, Texas and not having good service here (because I have sprint), I walk in and was greeted very professionally! One of the best AT&T locations there is! Got hooked up with a new account and a new phone! By far the best employees! Good job Pleasanton!
I walked into this store, 2 workers are standing around on their phones, no greeting or anything. We see the male manager outside smoking having an argument on his phone with someone. We walk in to upgrade 2 lines. All we got was "I'll be with you in a minute" Manager walks in and stands at a table, doesn't say anything or ask if we need help. Another customer walks in (female) the manager immediately looks up "how can I help you maam?" The "sales associate" she didn't even give her name or had a nametag, walks over we tell her we want to upgrade 2 lines, she turns her back and walks away from us. I am now driving into San Antonio to get my upgrades!! Worst experience ever with AT&T.
The Pleasanton location is very helpful...
I recently went in the store to upgrade both me and my husbands current phones to order the new iPhone x, we have been with ATT for many many years and have recently located to this area so decided to use the store in the area where we are currently residing instead of ordering directly on the internet . I arrived at 10:00 am on Friday October 27th . The store was busy with customers due to the release of being able to order the x’s that day so I did anticipate a little wait time due to that . I was greeted by an very friendly employee , Daniel , who proceeded to help me with the process of paying off the remaining balances on both me and my husbands current phones and then prepaying the taxes to order the new phones, again it is 10:00 a.m. when we start the process.
As to Ray Ray, what are the odds that after you post this horrible review about the store, that 3 minutes later you post a wonderful review about the Sprint store where 3 ex-employees of Pleasanton ATT now work at. Guess you didn’t realize you could track the reviews....
Sara Travis rude af do finna make me go to Verizon do
The computer she was working on began locking up and then for some reason would not let me upgrade on one of the phones , not sure if this is an issue with ATT or the outdated computers they were working on but it was not going through . She asked for help from the managers numerous times due to the fact that is was not going through and letting her put my order in and although they had other customers come in and out during the FOUR hours I was there they were very unhelpful in resolving the issue and did not seem to care that I had been there for literally hours , they shouted numbers for her to call other stores for help or other things to try to get it to go through , one of the managers finally came over to her station and tried and she also could not get it to work and pretty much gave up trying and left Daniel trying to figure it out on her own again. Daniel tried numerous more times for help and Sarah without even getting up to walk over to her station to help her was telling her what to try to do ...finally FOUR hours later Sarah came over to help and was able to complete the order. I was very frustrated although I did not make a scene in the store I would NEVER recommend doing business there . The computers are obviously outdated and the management lacks in customer service. A customer should NEVER be there waiting for FOUR hours to purchase over 2000.00 worth of devices without the management stepping up to try to help resolve the issue in a timely manner and not once did the manager apologize to me for the inconvenience and waste of my time that day .
