I always bring my car here every time i need an oil change n they do an awesome job! Fast and friendly service!! I would recommend this walmart tire and lube to all my friends!!
This place is a complete waste of time!!! They are the most unorganized and customer service is not their priority. I dropped my truck (2017) off to get an oil change and tire rotation only to come back four hours later and they didn't do anything. If they were incapable of doing it they should of at least called me, instead of giving me excuses on not knowing where the drain plug was and that they didn't have any of the right filters.. and they didn't even try to rotate the tires... never again!!!!.. I think I'll stick to local own businesses.
I go here just for the reason that Wal-Mart will check grease fittings well after paying the price I did and marking complete on there paper work i found out they do not grease fittings at this Wal-Mart cause they do not have an electric grease gun is what I was told then also after marking complete for washer fluid I had to buy some after I left cause it was still empty just like when I got there
Good and professional service. Had a bit if a hiccup on the extended coverage stuff on this set of tires I got, but that was cleared up quickly.
We showed up to get a tire fix and went shopping for some items, there was one car in the tire stall the other was empty and had 6 people there. Being on vacation we thought this would be a fast job cause they had plenty of employees and empty stalls...we was wrong, no one came to check us in so we went in and waiting in line to be told we had to go back outside to be checked in so my husband went out and pulled our rental car to the empty stall for about 3 minutes finally a guy name Jesse came up and asked why he was there, then had to go back to get the handheld to check him in, then we went to get our other stuff 35 min later we was done shopping and our car hadn't even made it in the stall! About 45 min late a kid asked us if we was waiting on our car and we said yes, so he finally went and pulled our car in after opening our door he made 3 times back and fourth before he even got into our car, needless to say it to another 35 min for him to fix the flat and put back on the car, then some reason Jesse had to check us out because the girls that was supposed to be running the register was never there when someone needed checked out. Which made Jesse keep having to come in from the shop when he could be working on someone's car. You have plenty of people just need to a supervisor to make sure they are working smart and fast to get the customer on their way which is why I think our visit failed! But no telling how long we would of waited to get checked in or checked out if it wasn't for Jesse. I didn't get the kids name that actually fixed the tire but his picture is by Jesse in the lounge, maybe he's new but he needs to be talked to about speed and working smarter not harder cause he wasted a lot of our time walk around made not doing anything, and had to have help opening tire glue that didn't take another guy nothing to open, he wasted 1hr 30min of our vacation time!
