Great help from the staff determining my alternator was going out. Had tools available, make life easier.
The Manager (whichever one was wearing a grey shirt; middle aged white guy, short hair, a little heavier set than some) acted like I wasn't waiting on him for customer service. He helped out 1 person ahead of me and then acted like I wasn't there. He stood there on his phone and I had to get his attention. Has happened 3 times since I've been in town. Sometimes the regular employees take forever to help you out too. They'll go to the back to smoke and chat and act like there are no customers.

The manager, James, at this location was the most helpful gentleman I have ever met at an auto parts store period! He was kind and knowledgeable about all our questions. He had no hesitation in helping me figure out my issue and even helped me fix it because I'm out of my home town. I had my dog with me and he made friends with him as well! It's very refreshing to come into contact with somebody so genuinely helpful. I am a VERY happy customer. Thank you, James.
Wouldn't waste your time here. Head to O'Reilly's next door. They get to you faster and if your the only person there they'll have EVERYONE helping you (had 3 guys including the manager helping me on truck issues). Same prices, better service.
