Great guys, great company, i traveled from Houston to San Antonio to purchase a truck. A lot of my friends and dealership employees in Houston told me price is too god to be true, they will play games with you when you get there etc etc. I got to San Antonio, no pressure, no monkey business, i was in n out in an hour, Chris the owner went above and beyond to make sure my rental gets to an enterprise on time. Rick Garza the sales person was a pleasure to deal with. If you are coming out of town for any kind of transaction, be sure that these are THE PEOPLE to do business with. Highly recommend them
Bought a certified preowned 2014 chevy high country. Two weeks in my truck has been at the shop twice for little things (fuel hose was not secured to the truck, passenger side step was missing a bracket, and a safety recall). Not to upset at this point then my batyery goes bad. Stranded cant get to work so I replace the battery. Tell the dealership and it isnt covered under the 12 month 12000 bumper to bumper that I got with the truck. After a week of no call backs and being told they will not cover the battery I am very upset. The 172 point inspection that was supposedly done should of caught all of this. I go in and admittedly I was rude but they simply say they wont redund the warranty and they wont cover the battery. After all this I start looking at the truck more thouroughly and find tape holding my bulb in my headlight.
Took company truck in for check engine light. Said it was cause of a dirty air filter. Charged $260 for diagnostic and repair. Parked truck at yard after pick up..next morning started the truck and drove less than a mile and ALL lights on dash came on, went back off and check engine light came right back on with same issue I took it in for. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE.. MECHANIC ONLY CLEARED DTC'S and fixed NOTHING! Will be taking the truck to Price Chevrolet from now on..they actually fix things and know what they are doing.
Brian Cooper was so easy to deal with. A dealer local to me gave me run around on finding a truck I wanted for a week. The day after contacting Brian I was buying brand new GMC with more options for a few thousand less. No haggling no dealer addons, no games. We did all the financing over the phone so I could just come grab my new truck. He even met me after hours to complete the sale! Took him longer to show me how to work the radio than do the deal. Highly recommend this place!

All of this was my fault. I trusted a dealership to actually back their products. Wont happen again and buyer beware at pursch motors in pleasanton tx.
