Their service department indeed is a JOKE I wanted to bring in my truck for a simple diagnostics due to the A/C not working but they decided to make it harder again for customers that have to DRIVE somewhere else, FARTHER simply because its not a DODGE, JEEP or CHRYSLER, my truck may not be those but the internal components and engine are a 4ucking CHRYSLER DAMN IT!
So long story short I will never deal with this dealership ever since they don't care about online customers

Horrible service department....NEVER take your vehicle to get worked on here...they will rip you off....couldn't fix a transmission so they wanted to charge $15k to replace the transmission. Overheard them talking to another customer and they said they couldn't figure out the problem and according to Detroit they would have to replace the engine....horrible...total rip off....BUYER BEWARE.....

I was in the market for a used 3/4 ton and came across what looked like a good buy, so I called and got GRAVES WALLACE on the phone and our first conversation went great, told him what I wanted what I had for a trade and that I lived over 100 miles away asked if he could send me more pictures of the truck and get a ROUGH est on my trade before I wasted a trip, well several hrs went by and never got anything or a call so I call to the store and ask for him again I understand sales is busy. Finally get picture at 6:30 at night send him my trade and never heard back from him I messaged home the following morning and he said he was busy but would get back to me 9hrs later I message him again and he tells me SORRY BUT CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE TAKE PRIORITY
