As a customer I don't like being pressured to buy and I get the feeling from the manager that all they care about here is the sale. The only one who was polite, took the time to measure for shoe size, and was there to assist was Angelica. By assist I don't mean standing over my shoulder trying to tell me what shoes to pick for my kids and watching us like a hawk. Last school year I bought some shoes and dress socks and noticed one pack size was too small and the other pack could be shared so I wanted to return the unopened and unused ones but the same lady with curly hair and glasses said they dont return those, which I knew wasn'the true so I ended up taking them to san antonio where I worked.This is the only payless I've ever had a problem with. It's convenient but I'd rather shop in San Antonio where there's a bigger selection and not pushy sellers.
I came in to buy a pair of shoes on a Friday morning around 12.
I ended up buying two pairs and as I was checking out she continue to push I buy more stuff.
To my surprise she actually gave me a refund along with more of her rude personality.
You wanna be rude, I can be rude right back.
She then proceeded to tell me I could trade both pair of boots for something else, but kept refusing to give me my refund till I told her the boots weren't damaged and to take a flipping paper towel and wipe of the small amount of dirt on the bottom. Other customers in the store even witnessed the event and walked out because how rude she was being to me over returning the shoes.
1st time to order online and have it delivered to the store. Unlike other places they had my box open when I arrived. Not ok with that, will NEVER have delivered to the store again. Not that I could ask the lady anything she was on the phone the entire time from when I walked in to when I walked out.
Staff is amazing they're always eager to help love going here!!!
She has no interest in what I actually wanted, she was pushy about me buying 2 pairs since they had some discount going on and made me feel absolutely uncomfortable.
I ended up returning both pairs the next morning, not even 24 hours later.
The entire time the lady working wouldn't leave me alone while I was browsing for a pair of boots. I was asked over 5 times if I needed help and when I finally said yes so she would stop asking.
I walked in and asked for a refund.
She told me she couldn't refund my money because there was a little dirt on the bottom of one of the boots and I was costing her money by returning it . The only time I had even wore these boots was when I tried them on. They still even had the tags on them!!!!
Seriously go else where because the lady will stalk you like a vulture, has no customer service experience and only cares about making a sell no matter how she does it.
I told her I wanted my money back or I would call her higher ups because there is no reason why she can't refund my money To me and it was bullshit.
