Oh and the poor guy next to me ordered a app. Trio and he ate most of it to get to the last mini burger to find the bottom of the bun completely covered in mold. Poor guy was about sick.
I live in the outskirts of San Anton and I drive out here because it's a different experience.....very welcoming, not ghetto, staff is very friendly and the drive is relaxing. My mug is always full and feel satisfied when I leave....

It's usually good food, fast service by friendly staff. Today was father's day. The staff was still friendly, the atmosphere was still family friendly, but it was very busy. Sadly, my salad looked brown around the edges and old. The strawberry lemonade had an off taste. It's ALWAYS been good before so I guess this was a one-time thing. We'll still go back. Everybody has an off day. Everyone else in our group had good food, no complaints. We still like chili's.
Good food. Generous portions. Two of our appetizers came out late. Our to-go order came out before our appetizers and entrees. We like the 2 for $22 specials. House salad wad very good. The waitress was good about anticipating our drink refills.
Sat at the bar cause it was only me. The bartender was very sweet but very overwhelmed taking care of the restaurant to pay attention to her own guests. Ordered a 10oz sirloin med rare with broccoli and asparagus. The steak was med well i can live with that i guess. But the veggies were not only not steamed but literally out of the fridge onto the plate. Sent the broccoli back, 15 min later after i was finished with my meal the exact same cold uncooked broccoli was returned to me on the same plate you could still see the salt i put on them. Was there about an hour never once seen a mgr. Anywhere in the dining area or bar.
You guys are way to busy every night at this location to be this understaffed every night. This is my third time here and my third ok to poor experience. I wont be back, but i hope this makes it to chili's corp. So they can get you guys some help. The oilfield is back and your packed every night time to fix your staffing.
Great food and service but the queso for the chips was more like a creamy chilli I was hoping for yellow cheese and salsa. Great place though.
