Dealt only with Bill Havins at this location... for one year.
We moved into our new home 2 weeks ago; one that we would have never found without her assistance. If we are ever in the market again, buy or rent, she will be the only call I'll make.
And Re/Max is not auditing their locations.
Have never had such unprofessional agent representation!!!
Apparently management does not supervise nor require excellence in customer dealings.
