I took my daughter's laptop in for repair, I needed the motherboard changed in it. I supplied the motherboard as well as the computer screws. He had it changed within an hour but I couldn't get back over there to pick it up until a week later. I picked it up, whilst at the shop is had him plug it up to see if it was working correctly. We plugged it in and it would not power on. The shop owner proceeded to charge me 100.00 for doing the work. I would have still charged, but not 100.00. Maybe half or even a third of that since it wasn't working and I paid for all of the parts out of my pocket. It just struck me as being greedy or perhaps even dishonest.
The second time was to buy a PSU, which they also had.
Needless to say, I will not be using them for repairs ever again. I wouldn't have given any stars but I had to give at least one to write a review. Shameful.
LoL! You give pc techs a bad name. Over priced, bad & slow service. Use ReZtech or ANYONE else.
I've been a couple of times. The first was to buy a DVI-VGA adapter, which is somewhat obscure. It took a few minutes to find, but they had one. This saved me the time it would've taken to wait for one from an online vendor.
