It was good mr jermy was a very good waiter thank yall very much.

Place was dirty and low staffed. Buffet table was lacking pasta and sauce and pizza came out late. No care is taken into cleaning hot water baths for hot items. Plates were dirty not a good experience at all.

I ordered a pizza online for carry out. I showed up at the time it was to be picked up and was told it needed 5 more minutes. I waited 15 and went back to the counter to ask. The man at the register said that his manager had been trying to call me because they were out of large pizzas (how does that happen?) and they could offer me 2 mediums instead. 20 minutes after I was supposed to pick up my order, the pizzas went into the oven. I checked my phone and did not have a single missed call. 5 minutes after okaying the 2 medium pizzas, I got a phone call from the manager, who apparently had no idea that the situation had already been fixed. I told her I was currently sitting inside of her store and she didn't even bother to come talk to me in person, just half-heartedly apologized for the problem. This is the worst service I've ever had from a Pizza Hut.

WAITED 1 HOUR WHEN THEY SAID 20 TO 30 MINUTES , I ORDERED A PIZZA , TWO SPAGETTIS, ONE CHEESE ONE NO CHEESE , THEY BROUGHT OVER BOTH WITH CHEESE , I SENT ONE BACK , I STARTED ON THE PIZZA IT WAS COLD , THEY BROUGHT BACK THE SUPPOSLY SPAGETTI ,, IT WAS SOME KINDA PASTA , THE CONTAINER IT CAME IN WAS HALF AND I WAS ALL BURNT FROM THE BOTTOM, NO CONDIMENTS GIVE THE DRIVER DIDNT HAVE ANY , NOR SPOONS NOR FORKS, I CALLED BACK THIRD TIME SAME FEMALE EMPLOYEE VERY COCKY WE DONT HAVE S[PAGETTI , WHAT ..YOU SHOULD OF LET ME KNOW I WOULD OF ORDERED SOMETHING ELSE ,VERY SMART MOUTH , I SAID LET ME TALK TO YOUR MANAGER , I WAS ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES, I SPOKE HIM HE SAYS STUFF HAPPENS :( I HAVE BEEN MANAGEMENT FOR THREE STORES AND STILL AM , NEVER AGAIN I THINK I SHOULD OF READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I PLACED THE ORDER , HE WANTED TO MAKE THE ORDER AGAIN BUT WOULD HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR .

Used to love it here but now they only give you good deals online and the app keeps crashing so you have to pay twice as much if you walk in.
