Two people finished and they took one of the people in front and someone that came in after me and was the last one on the list.
I got there and one person was in front of me. Registered and then 5 minutes later someone registered online and got in front of me. That makes two in front.
I have never had a bad haircut fron their until today. The person cutting my hair was nice, but the other employees were distracting, with food, loud conversation, and other people coning in for small talk. I didn't notice the damage until my hair dried. Bangs with strands of hair not cut and layers that looked botched. When I went back to have the problem fixed, not even an apology and my bangs still has uncut strands of hair. This has been my only bad experience, but it was bad enough for me to never want to go back.
Got hair? They'll cut it... Well probably not if you are a dog or a cat I guess.
Staff was rude and unprofessional. I will not be wasting my time there again.
