Very friendly staff and great modern up to date equipment. They have great family pricing too.
This is the best place in the area to train/workout. If you like group fitness, they have a huge selection of Les Mills classes and even Zumba, which is AWESOME. They have the original small group training program, which I have tried and also love. If you want a personal trainer in a small group setting and a different workout every day, it's perfect. The equipment is the best around as well. It's clean and the staff are the friendliest and most welcoming. You don't feel pressured to have to look like a body builder in order to be fit. It's all about health and wellness. I love it.
